- **5 one-hour interviews** with engineers and stakeholders.
- **Written report (25–40 pages):** Findings, risks ranked by impact, and a 90-day roadmap.
- **Closing workshop (2 h):** Walkthrough with your team, Q&A, and prioritization.

## Pricing

Flat fee of **€2,400** for the full engagement. Includes one follow-up call 30 days after delivery.
